Orders
Orders are confirmed only after payment or confirmation call.
Catering orders (50+ plates) must be placed at least 3 days in advance.
Pricing & Payment
Prices may change without prior notice.
Payments can be made via Cash on Delivery, Pay at Pickup, or approved online payment gateways.
Delivery & Pickup
We aim to deliver within estimated timeframes, but delays may occur due to traffic or weather.
Customers are responsible for giving accurate delivery details.
Refunds
Refunds will be handled according to our Refund Policy.
Liability
Customers must check menu details and inform us about allergies before ordering.
Haven Rice is not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
