At Haven Rice, all meals are freshly prepared with care. If you face an issue with your order, please review our refund terms.
When You Can Request a Refund
If the wrong order was delivered.
If the food is spoiled or damaged upon delivery.
If Haven Rice cancels the order due to unavoidable reasons.
When Refunds Are Not Available
If you change your mind after delivery.
Delays caused by traffic, weather, or events beyond our control.
If the meal was already partially eaten before complaint.
Refund Process
Issues must be reported within 1 hour of delivery/pickup.
