Delivery Terms – Haven Rice

At Haven Rice, we work hard to make sure your meals are delivered fresh, hot, and on time. Please read our delivery terms carefully before placing your order.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver across Colombo city and selected nearby areas.
If your location is outside our delivery radius, we will notify you before confirming the order.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery time is 30–60 minutes depending on your location and traffic conditions.
During peak hours, weekends, or rainy weather, delivery may take longer.
You will receive a call if there is a delay beyond the estimated time.
Delivery Charges
Delivery fees may vary based on location and order size.
Charges will be displayed at checkout before you confirm the order.
Large catering orders (50+ plates) may include an additional delivery or setup fee.
Customer Responsibilities
Provide accurate delivery details (address, phone number, landmarks).
Be available to receive the order at the scheduled time.
If the customer is unavailable and the order cannot be delivered, payment may still be charged.
Pickup Option
Customers may choose to pay at pickup and collect food from our store.
Pickup orders must be collected at the agreed time to ensure freshness.
Catering Deliveries
Catering orders (minimum 50 plates) must be placed at least 3 days in advance.
Setup and serving arrangements can be discussed at the time of booking.
Delivery for catering is subject to event location and agreement.
